Rest Assured is built on a foundation of over 25 years in the care sector. The knowledge and experience we draw upon comes from a broad cross section of the industry, gained in senior management and operational roles including; residential and nursing homes, dementia, mental health and domiciliary care.
The business and standards are modelled in our founders image and what Sue values and holds dear to herself. So, you can rest assured and be confident you or your loved one will always receive the exceptional service and support you or they deserve.

MEET
Sue
Hi, I’m Sue, a born and bred Brightonian who has a passion for caring for others. I must admit that I never set out to work in the care industry but it came and found me! It quickly became my calling. My pleasure comes from making a difference and creating a smile. I’ve found that the most simplest of qualities such as being kind and caring, showing compassion and empathy, giving time and listening go such a long way.
Rest Assured was founded on my caring reputation. We’re not a provider who’ll ’nip in for a 15 minute whip round of the worktops and put the bin out’. Our service runs much deeper than that because time is something everyone deserves, so there’s no compromises on time, which is why, for example, our minimum booking is 1 hour.
I like to think I’m a genuine people person with an infectious personality. I’m a natural born talker and connection builder who loves spending time with other people - especially those that need a little extra help.
When I’m not building rapport and making memories with our Rest Assured clients, you’ll find me enjoying life. Socialising with friends and family, enjoying a glass of wine and walking Milo – my beautiful black Labrador.
